Tokyo

Day 10

On our last day in Tokyo, we rode the Tokyo subway to the Shibuya district, home of the famous Shibuya scramble crossing and thousands of shops and of course billboards. The Scramble Crossing is located in front of the Shibuya station Hachikō exit and stops vehicles in all directions to allow pedestrians to inundate the entire intersection.According to the Shibuya Center Street in 2016, the number of pedestrians crossing the intersection was as much as 3,000 per green light (every 2 minutes).

Here is what we saw:

Some of us also visited Harajuko street, famous for its eccentric fashions.

We ended our day by starting our long journey home! Tokyo-> Istanbul ->New York -> San Juan.

What an adventure of a lifetime!
